Our current published practices and the limits of this research website.

Website access and hosting

Nordl Data is served through Cloudflare Pages. When your browser connects, Cloudflare may process network identifiers such as IP address, request URLs, user-agent information and security events in order to deliver and protect the website. Actual retention, location of processing, and any additional Cloudflare security features depend on account configuration and Cloudflare's applicable terms. Cloudflare's privacy policy provides further information.

Calculator inputs and external links

Our published calculator performs arithmetic locally in the browser; it does not submit the entered electricity or water prices to a Nordl Data account or database. Opening an external source or future retailer website takes you to that provider, which has its own privacy practices.

Cookies, tracking and referrals

Our current site source does not integrate third-party behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or active paid-referral links. Cloudflare security features may set strictly necessary cookies depending on configuration. Any future nonessential tracking must undergo a separate consent and privacy review before activation.

Email messages and lawful processing

If you contact us, the message and sender address will be processed to respond to your enquiry and handle corrections. Website delivery and security processing are intended to support service operation and legitimate security interests.

Security-related data is handled for website integrity and abuse prevention, based on legitimate interests where applicable. Contact messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or comply with applicable obligations. Cloudflare security data retention depends on the service settings and provider terms; contact the operator for relevant details.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable privacy law you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or complaint to a supervisory authority. Use our contact page to make a request. We will review requests under applicable law.
